Opslock Anticipate

Opslock’s contribution to Canada’s Ocean Supercluster.

The way we measure and manage operational risk is broken.

We overload our teams with paperwork, delivering compliance at the cost of morale and productivity. We plan our jobs and maintenance with frustrating, outdated software.

With your help, we can fix this.

Opslock Anticipate is delivering a made-in-Canada software tool to set a new global standard. With partner engagement, we will create market-ready machine learning to predict downtime and disasters before they happen—avoiding losses and saving lives.

Businesses want to be more safe, productive, and streamlined.
Opslock needs more data from these businesses to predict and avoid downtime and disasters.

With Supercluster support, together we can supercharge your business while helping create technology that will change the way businesses all over the world think about risk.

The Offer:

We provide partner companies with our software, for free (including training and implementation).

In using the software, we collect invaluable feedback and engagement data, enabling ground-breaking data science to make the world a safer place to work.

Target Partners

Any business with an operational workforce, from production platforms to shipyards, fishing vessels to OSVs. If your business falls into this category—this is an amazing opportunity to supercharge your business with technology.

Don’t take our word for it.

“I have been through several software projects, and I can tell you that Opslock has been second-to-none in terms of implementation and service. Their team has the respect of our Captains and works with them directly to make sure everything is running smoothly. It has been seamless.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it really free? What's the catch?

When we say “free” what we mean is that you won’t have to cut us a cheque.

Instead, you’ll be “investing” in the project each time an employee spends a minute using the system, or when you give us feedback on how the platform could be improved. That’s invaluable to building technology with a truly global impact.

That means that this is one of those rare win-win situations.

What happens if we don't have a consistent internet connection? Can we still be involved?

Not a problem, that’s our specialty. Opslock is built for harsh and remote environments. We’ve pioneered technology that allows us to deliver a seamless and modern experience (even when VSAT goes down.)

What about my existing planned maintenance or safety management system?

Our Customer Experience team can work with you to determine the best plan to deprecate your existing systems if that is your goal. We have a really robust import/export capability, so importing historical data isn’t a problem. We’d be happy to discuss the details of your particular case.

What's my Classification Society going to say about this?

Opslock clients have passed audits with all major classification societies with flying colors.

We expect to receive Type Approval as a Planned Maintenance system before this project starts, and we are currently in talks with Major Classification societies about becoming the world’s first Type-Approved Safety Management System.

What if we only want to use a part of your platform. Do you offer individual modules?

“Modules” are a dirty word at Opslock.

We incentivize our customers to have a great experience, not burden them with layers of complication just so we can charge them more money. An integrated approach allows us to provide a seamless experience while collecting the data necessary to predict downtime and disasters.

We can always hide features if necessary, but you’ll always be able to access them all if you like.

Data can be scary. Who owns it? How will you keep it safe?

As per our standard terms, our customers own all of their data. From a cybersecurity perspective, we follow global best practices of encryption and transfer. For analytics, all data is anonymized and aggregated—keeping any sensitive information completely secure.
